Website and Transaction Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information transmitted through shop.fcjdesign.com. Payments are handled by Stripe, and FCJ Design does not store full card numbers.
Access and Monitoring
Access to customer data is limited according to business need. We use account controls, software updates, logging, and service-provider safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Customer Responsibilities
Use a unique password, protect access to your email and devices, and sign out on shared systems. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account or order activity.

Report suspected security or privacy issues to crafts@fcjdesign.com or call 773-309-6686. Please do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

No website or transmission method is completely secure. If an incident requires notice under applicable law, FCJ Design will provide notice through an appropriate channel.
