Refund Policy
How we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
Because many of our items are custom prints or limited drops, we focus on delivering the correct product in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns based on change of mind. Standard items may be eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank. We support customers across Illinois and the United States and will update this policy as our fulfillment footprint grows.
