Refund Policy
How FCJ Design handles cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
Contact crafts@fcjdesign.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We may be unable to cancel an order after production, digital delivery, packing, or shipment has begun. An order is not canceled until FCJ Design confirms it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 14 days after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected item and provide return instructions when needed.
Standard Items
Unused, non-custom physical products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially approved items are not returnable for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied measurements, or an approved design choice. This does not limit remedies for an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Digital Products
Digital products generally are not refundable after a download link or file has been delivered. Contact us if a file is corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Return Condition and Approval
Returned items must include all supplied components and be packaged to prevent damage. FCJ Design may reduce or deny a refund for used, altered, incomplete, or customer-damaged items to the extent allowed by law. Do not send a return without authorization.
Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time after issuance depends on Stripe, the card network, and the customer bank. We will notify you when the refund is submitted.
